As Director and General Manager of LJ Hooker Strata ACT, Pascal has developed expertise in leadership, policy implementation, and team mentorship, all aimed at advancing client-focused service and organisational efficiency.

His prior roles, including Division Manager at Civium Property Group, Branch Manager at BCS Wollongong, and Customer Service Manager at UniLodge, have equipped him with comprehensive project management skills, a strategic approach to compliance, and extensive stakeholder management experience.
